John Hopkin's CT Surgery

John Hopkins textbook of CT Surgery is for the "next level" CT Surgical clinician.  Solid reference.

Clinical Neuroanatomy

Great little book.  As "ridiculously simple" as neuroanatomy can be :)  Great for all levels.

On Death and Dying

Famous book dealing with fear of death, coping and the "Stages".  This should be on your "must read" list.

Pilbeam's Mechanical Ventilation

Our "go-to" reference book on ventilator management.  Solid textbook.  Will not disappoint.

Rapid Interpretation of EKG's

Basic.  Repetitive.  Needed.  Classic reading on EKG interpretation.  Lays a good foundation.
